Egypt is a must-visit country in my opinion, and I can’t imagine many who would disagree. The awe you feel walking through enormous ancient temples of such grandeur that have withstood the test of time like little else man has made in this world is something you’ll never forget. The pyramids aren’t even the most amazing part. Luxor is full of incredible sites left behind by the fascinating ancient civilisation, and Abu Simbel blew my breath away. A cruise along the Nile is a fantastic addition to the classic trip, and if you’re a diver the Red Sea is a bucket list dive destination.
