Peru is an incredible destination with stunning scenery, fascinating history, delicious food and friendly people, not to mention the natural wonder of the Amazon Rainforest and the world wonder Machu Picchu.

One of my favourite countries in the world, there is so much to see and do in Peru. Machu Picchu is the goal for most, but other ruins in the Sacred Valley, relaxing at a desert oasis, seeing the iconic stripes of Rainbow Mountain, spotting Andean condors at one of the deepest canyons in the world, flying over the mysterious Nazca lines and staying the night on a floating island of reeds on the world’s highest navigable lake should all make the bucket list too. Add in the food, the llamas and the textile souvenirs, and you’ll be convinced to make Peru your next trip!
