There are so many incredible cities to explore in Spain, but the small towns and villages in between are often what make a Spanish trip unforgettable. I spent 45 days walking across the entire length of the country on the Camino de Santiago and loved it all – the picnics, the wine, the weather, the hospitality, the history. Granada is one of my favourite places in the world, with its fantastic tapas culture, and honestly I’d love to move there one day. Stylish Barcelona, futuristic Valencia, artsy Bilbao, colourful Seville and historic Madrid, plus islands and beaches galore. What’s not to love?
